The Greater Wellsville Balloon Rally lost one of its founding fathers, Ray Stevens. Ray was responsible for the begining of the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally. Our warmest thoughts and prayers go out to Ray’s family. We have been all blessed to have had the opportunity to be touched by all that Ray Stevens did for the rally and for the community.

Our Deepest sympathy for our long time friend and ballooning partner - Jim Kozlowski of “Yawaemekat”. 

Jim has recently passed away. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
