37th Annual
Great Wellsville Balloon Rally

Dear Vendor:

Applications are now being accepted for vendor participation in the 37th Annual Great Wellsville Balloon Rally, which is scheduled for the third weekend of July. This event attracts up to 40,000 visitors.

Liftoffs:

Friday, July 20 at 6 P.M.
Saturday, July 21 at 6 A.M.
Saturday, July 21 at 6 P.M.
Sunday, July 22 at 6 A.M.

The rally will be held in Island Park in Wellsville. This location is within the village which makes it easily accessible to pedestrians. Some of the advantages to the Island Park Site include:

• Existing electric infrastructure – spaces are limited and will be issued on a first come/first serve  basis.
• Water supply available – spaces are limited and will be issued on a first come/first serve basis.
• Limited vendor space available meaning that you will not have to compete for customer dollars.

We anticipate fireworks for Saturday night and bands for Friday and Saturday night.  We will have events onsite during the day on Saturday. This is a first for our event and will keep visitors on site.

Please note that we are limiting “like” vendors and have capped categories. It is imperative that you book early as having been a vendor previous years will not guarantee you space for this year’s event.
